On January 16, Cross-Strait Tourism Exchange Association made the authorized announcement that 113 international travel agencies including Beijing Caissa International Travel Service Co. Ltd., according to the related provisions of the Administrative Measures on Travel of Mainland Residents to the Taiwan Region and the Administrative Provisions on Travel Agencies, were designated as the second batch of travel agencies to engage in the tourist business of mainland residents to Taiwan, and the official execution shall start from the date of publication.
This batch of travel agencies are found in 25 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities under the Central Government. Together with the first batch of 33 travel agencies, a total of 146 travel agencies have been designated as those engaging in the tourist business of mainland citizens to Taiwan.
